The “prices from” price applies to the basic version with freely rotating rollers. The log deck is also available with a hydraulic feeding roll. The hydraulic version comes with one driven feeding roll as standard, and a version with two hydraulic feeding rolls is also available. The video shows the version with two hydraulic feeding rolls. The hydraulic version requires a Pilkemaster EVO already equipped with a hydraulic feeding roll. The hydraulics of the log deck are connected to the feeding roll system of the machine. The basic version with freely rotating rollers can also be used with an EVO that does not have a hydraulic feeding roll. A log deck is especially useful when processing larger quantities of firewood. Logs can be loaded onto the deck in advance and fed one by one into the machine. The hydraulic feeding roll makes handling larger and heavier logs considerably easier.
