Following are service/repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited on this Volvo A25G Hauler: All guards & covers were removed, unit was power washed Completed both visual & operational inspections Engine oil & filter changed, filter was cut open & checked for contaminates - clean Transmission filter changed & checked - clean Hydraulic filter changed & checked - clean All wheel planetary & differential oil levels good & oils clean except front differential Found slight brass flakes in front differential, it will be coming out to be inspected for source of metal Load tested batteries- installed NEW ones All pressures will be checked to ensure within OEM spec: Fuel Engine oil Transmission Torque in Transmission lube Steering Hydraulics Checked suspension system - good Checked all gauges, lights & controls Checked a/c & heater Checked all grease lines & greased machine Checked articulation - good Checked oscillation - good Checked service brakes & parking brake - good Checked 6 wheel drive - good Checked u-joints - good Checked steering pins & bearings - good Drain plug on transfer case leaking - replaced oil & resealed Set front suspension cylinder heights Replaced 2 hoses for box cylinders Installed NEW radio Installed NEW key pad in cab Cleaned a/c evaporator core Resealed oil filter housing Installed NEW exhaust pipe Installed NEW inclination sensor.
